Jr NTR and filmmaker Trivikram Srinivas are set to reunite for a highly ambitious mythological action epic, currently known as NTRxTrivikram. Although the film has not yet commenced shooting, reports suggest that the makers may already have potential titles in place.

NTRxTrivikram: Jr NTR’s next may be titled Devasenapathi or God of War

According to a report by Gulte, production banner NTR Arts has reportedly registered two titles — Devasenapathi and God of War. With both names registered, either could eventually be chosen as the official title for NTRxTrivikram.

However, the filmmakers are yet to make an official announcement regarding the title. The project is being produced by Nandamuri Kalyan Ram under NTR Arts in collaboration with S. Radha Krishna’s Haarika & Hassine Creations.

Anirudh Ravichander has been roped in to compose the music and background score. The composer has previously worked with Jr NTR on Devara and collaborated with Trivikram Srinivas on Pawan Kalyan’s Agnyaathavaasi.

The upcoming film is expected to be mounted on a massive scale and is being described as an epic mythological action venture. The first-look poster, unveiled by Jr NTR, featured the iconic Vel of Lord Murugan, with a DNA strand emerging from the divine spear, hinting at the film’s unique concept.

Jr NTR’s upcoming projects

The actor’s next major release is Dragon, an action spectacle directed by Prashanth Neel. Jr NTR plays Luger, an operative associated with a syndicate preparing to confront a major crackdown. Rukmini Vasanth plays the female lead, while Anil Kapoor, Biju Menon and Sidhant Gupta are also part of the cast.

Dragon is scheduled to arrive in cinemas on June 11, 2027.
