Actor Ram Kapoor apologized to fellow Lock Upp 2 contestant Pamala Serena following an intense confrontation that reportedly left her feeling uncomfortable. During the incident, Ram allegedly followed Pamala into a corridor and confronted her in an aggressive manner. Contestant Akanksha Chamola intervened, urging him not to intimidate Pamala and reminding him that no woman should be made to feel unsafe.

Trying to make amends, Ram later approached Pamala and expressed regret over his actions. He said, “I have nothing more to say except how sorry I am.”
Explaining why the apology was important to him, Ram shared, “One reason is my son. He’s watching the show. If he saw his father speaking aggressively to a woman like that, I want him to also see that his father is willing to admit his mistake and do the right thing.”
He also revealed that he hoped the incident would not affect their friendship after the show.
“There’s another reason. I want us to stay in touch once you’re back in Dubai. I consider you one of my friends there, and I don’t want this incident to change that. Sometimes, mistakes between friends can make the bond even stronger,” he added.
Pamala Serena recalls the confrontation
Pamala accepted Ram’s apology but honestly explained why the incident had upset her.
“I always felt I treated you with respect. I never spoke badly about you. If I had done something to hurt you or behaved badly, I would understand your reaction. But that wasn’t the case,” she said.
Reflecting on the altercation, Ram admitted, “Yesterday, because of Varun, I let my emotions get the better of me.”
Pamala then described what frightened her during the confrontation.
“Ramji, I’ve never seen you this angry with anyone. You followed me through the corridor, shouting at me. You were loud, aggressive, and honestly, it scared me,” she recalled.
Acknowledging her concerns, Ram responded, “I know. Sometimes I don’t realize how aggressive I can come across. It’s happened before—not with women, but with men, and even once with my parents. All I can do now is sincerely apologize.”
After accepting his apology, Pamala requested that he avoid stepping into her personal disagreements in the future.
“If I have an issue with someone next time, I’d appreciate it if you didn’t get involved,” she said.
Ram immediately replied, “I’m really sorry. Truly sorry. Can we put this behind us with a hug?” The two eventually embraced, bringing the emotional exchange to a peaceful conclusion.
