Bigg Boss 20 has introduced audiences to a mix of familiar personalities and new faces, with Rohed Khan emerging as one of the contestants grabbing attention. An actor and model, Rohed has already been part of a few Bollywood projects. However, his stint on the Salman Khan-hosted reality show is particularly interesting because of his pre-existing connection with the superstar.
Who is Rohed Khan?
Born reportedly in 1995, Rohed Khan is 31 years old and comes from Austria. He began his career in modelling before making his transition to acting. The actor is multilingual and can speak German, Farsi, English, and Hindi.
Rohed made his Bollywood debut with Tejas in 2023, where he portrayed the antagonist Sarqalam. He subsequently appeared in Ali Abbas Zafar’s Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, which starred Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff.
Rohed Khan’s Salman Khan manifestation
Rohed’s association with Salman Khan goes back several years, long before his entry into the Bigg Boss house. The actor reportedly met Salman when the superstar was shooting in Austria. During their interaction, Rohed introduced himself and expressed his desire to work with Salman someday.
He later used a photograph from that meeting with Salman as his first Instagram post, describing the encounter as something he had manifested.
Years later, that manifestation took an unexpected route. During Rohed’s introduction on Bigg Boss 20, Salman remembered their previous encounter and called Rohed “loyal.” The host also recalled meeting him on the sets of Tiger. Their reunion on the Bigg Boss stage therefore became a special moment for the contestant.
Rohed Khan’s international projects
Rohed’s acting career extends beyond Bollywood. He has been associated with projects including Sarzameen and Detective Sherdil. He also featured alongside Golshifteh Farahani in the international drama Les Clochettes de Kaboul (When She Hears The Bells).
Reportedly, Rohed had also signed up for Squid Game, but eventually chose Bade Miyan Chote Miyan because of scheduling commitments. He had apparently auditioned for Karan Johar’s Takht as well.
Rohed Khan and Zareen Khan dating rumours
Rohed found himself in the spotlight in 2025 after being spotted with actress Zareen Khan, leading to speculation that the two were dating. The pair were also seen celebrating Diwali together, further fuelling the rumours.
However, Rohed later dismissed the reports and clarified that he and Zareen were simply good friends who had met for dinner.
