Khatron Ke Khiladi 15 continues to test contestants with physically demanding challenges, and the latest episode left several participants nursing painful injuries. Gaurav Khanna, Vishal Aditya Singh, Karan Wahi, and Shagun Sharma suffered bruises after performing a high-intensity elimination stunt involving rubber bullets.

In the latest episode, host Rohit Shetty introduced the Fear Fanda, assigned to contestants who landed in the danger zone. Each team had to nominate two members for the elimination task. Gaurav Khanna and Shagun Sharma represented the new batch, while Karan Wahi and Vishal Aditya Singh competed for the old batch.
The contestants were required to stand with their backs facing shooters as rubber bullets were repeatedly fired at them. Although they wore spine protectors, the challenge turned out to be one of the toughest stunts of the season.
Before taking on the task, Gaurav admitted he was worried about the pain, saying, “These bullets on the back will be very painful.” Karan Wahi also acknowledged the difficulty, adding, “This is something completely new; the good thing is they have given us spine protectors.”
As the stunt progressed, Gaurav and Shagun found the pain unbearable and eventually chose to abort the challenge.
Gaurav Khanna calls it the ‘most painful experience ever’
Following the episode, Gaurav Khanna shared a glimpse of his bruises on Instagram Stories. He wrote, “Thanks, Orry, for making this. I could still feel this pain watching it on TV. Most painful experience ever. All four of us went through this and still have these marks.”
Reflecting on the ordeal, the actor added, “So far, only my throat was aching due to the wire. Now, my entire body is aching.”
Even before entering Khatron Ke Khiladi 15, Gaurav had spoken about his pre-existing health concerns and acknowledged that the competition would be especially challenging for him.
The adventure reality show has already witnessed multiple injuries this season. Earlier, Rubina Dilaik suffered a medical emergency during a stunt, while Shagun Sharma nearly fainted during another task.
