It has exclusively learned that Tiger Shroff is teaming up with Dhoom 3 director Vijay Krishna Acharya for a massive action entertainer. Currently in pre-production, the yet-untitled film is scheduled to go on floors in August 2026.
According to a source close to the development, the project is one of the most ambitious in Tiger’s upcoming slate. “Tiger is on a roll and actively exploring diverse genres. This collaboration with Vijay Krishna Acharya stands out as a high-octane action film mounted on a grand scale, with sleek and stylized sequences unlike anything seen before in Indian cinema,” the source revealed.

The film aims to push boundaries in terms of both scale and execution. Vijay Krishna Acharya is reportedly designing never-seen-before action sequences, while also presenting Tiger in a completely new light.
“The idea is to reinvent Tiger’s action image and take his physicality and performance into uncharted territory,” the source added, hinting at a transformation that could surprise audiences.
Production and timeline
The project will be produced by Vinod Bhanushali and Tony D’Souza, with a grand theatrical release planned for 2027.
Meanwhile, Tiger is currently busy shooting for a film backed by Murad Khetani, directed by Sachin Ravi of Avane Srimannarayana fame. Once he wraps up that schedule, he is expected to move directly into this action-packed venture.
