Dhamaal 4 continued its impressive theatrical run with a strong jump in collections on its second Saturday. Benefiting from limited competition, the Ajay Devgn-led comedy crossed the Rs. 110 crore mark at the Indian box office and is now firmly on course for a blockbuster finish.
Dhamaal 4 records superb second Saturday growth
The comedy entertainer collected an estimated Rs. 10 crore on its second Saturday, registering nearly 90 per cent growth over its second Friday. With this, the film’s total domestic collection has reached Rs. 110.50 crore nett.
The lack of direct competition has worked significantly in the film’s favour. During its first week, Dhamaal 4 was performing around 10–20 per cent ahead of Welcome To The Jungle on weekdays. On its second Saturday, however, the gap widened to nearly 50 per cent. Unlike Welcome To The Jungle, which faced competition from Alpha during its second week, Dhamaal 4 is currently competing with The Odyssey, a film targeting a different audience segment.
Rs. 160 crore-plus finish looks likely
Based on current trends, the film is expected to collect around Rs. 27 crore nett during its second weekend. If it maintains a steady hold through the weekdays, its second-week total could reach approximately Rs. 40 crore nett.
With no major direct competition lined up in its third week either, Dhamaal 4 is well-positioned to finish its domestic run with Rs. 160 crore-plus nett. The film has already secured a Clean Hit verdict, becoming Bollywood’s fourth Clean Hit of the year.
