Shreya Kalra, who is currently participating in Lock Upp 2, made fresh claims about actor Kushal Tandon during a recent episode of the reality show. Speaking to fellow contestant Shilpa Shinde, Shreya alleged that Kushal had flirted with her while he was reportedly involved with Shivangi Joshi.
Shreya Kalra shares her experience with Kushal Tandon
During their conversation, Shreya recalled working with Kushal Tandon on a promotional shoot for Barsatein. According to her, Kushal reached out to her on Instagram after the shoot concluded.
She said, “At that time, I was already dating someone, and there were also reports that Kushal and Shivangi were seeing each other. I wasn’t aware of it initially. Kushal started talking to me, but the moment I got an indication about him and Shivangi, I stepped back.”
Shreya further claimed that she later met Shivangi Joshi on the set of the show, where the actress allegedly told her that Kushal had claimed Shreya was the one who had first followed and messaged him on social media.
Recalling the incident, Shreya said, “I told her, ‘Excuse me, I have never approached a man first.’ I handed over my phone to her and let her read our entire conversation. I never flirted with him or encouraged anything. After shooting scenes, she would often cry.”
She also alleged that a few months later, Kushal shared an Instagram Story announcing his breakup with Shivangi. However, neither Kushal Tandon nor Shivangi Joshi has publicly reacted to Shreya Kalra’s statements.
Kushal Tandon and Shivangi Joshi worked together in Barsatein – Mausam Pyaar Ka, following which reports linking the two began circulating. In June 2025, Kushal appeared to confirm their breakup through an Instagram Story, although the post was later deleted.
