Plot of Sing Geetham
Set in the fictional village of Kuberapuram, Sing Geetham follows a community devastated by years of unchecked gold mining, leaving only one ancient tree standing. The tree is protected by Gauri, a young woman who shares a deep bond with nature.
The story takes a dramatic turn when Prathap arrives in the village to reclaim his ancestral land, hoping to profit from the gold reserves beneath it. Alongside the ambitious Renu, he plans to cut down the last remaining tree despite Gauri’s resistance.
When the tree is destroyed, an extraordinary phenomenon unfolds—everyone in the village loses the ability to speak normally and can communicate only through songs. As the villagers adapt to their unusual new reality, Prathap uncovers hidden truths about his family’s past and begins to reassess his priorities, leading to a journey of redemption and self-discovery.
