Actor Esha Deol has shared a heartfelt video on Instagram in memory of her late father, legendary actor Dharmendra. The tribute, which highlights both his cinematic legacy and personal life, features rare family moments—including photos of his first wife, Prakash Kaur, and their children Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol, Vijeta, and Ajeeta Deol.
The emotional post arrives at a sensitive time, as both branches of the Deol family recently held separate prayer meetings to honour Dharmendra’s memory.

Separate Prayer Meetings Highlight Family Divide
Dharmendra passed away at the age of 89 on November 24, shortly before his 90th birthday.
Two prayer meetings were held in his honour:
Sunny and Bobby Deol organised a prayer meet in Mumbai on November 27.
Hema Malini, Esha, and Ahana held a separate ceremony at their Delhi residence on December 11.
Notably, Hema and her daughters did not attend the Mumbai prayer meet, reflecting the long-known division between the two families.
