Dhamaal 4 Box Office Collection: Ajay Devgn Starrer Earns Rs. 4.25 Crore on Third Saturday, Inches Closer to Rs. 150 Crore

Dhamaal 4 added approximately Rs. 4.25 crore to its tally on the third Saturday, recording a strong 90 percent jump from the previous day. The film registered a 20 percent drop compared to the previous Saturday, marking a healthy hold at the box office.

With this, the Ajay Devgn-led comedy drama has taken its running total to around Rs. 140 crore nett at the Indian box office.

The film is expected to cross the Rs. 150 crore mark by the end of the week, before facing competition from Spider-Man: Brand New Day.

Based on current trends, Dhamaal 4 is expected to conclude its theatrical run at around Rs. 160 crore nett. While this is a promising result, the final figure may still fall short of expectations considering the film’s ensemble cast and the popularity of the franchise.

The film has emerged as a Clean Hit and becomes the fourth Bollywood film of the year to achieve the status, following Border 2, Dhurandhar: The Revenge, and Bhooth Bangla.

Three of these films are franchise titles, while the fourth is a quasi-Bhool Bhulaiyaa film. While there was discussion about franchise fatigue after several franchise films underperformed last year, the recent box office results suggest that audiences continue to respond to established franchises when the content connects with them.
