Television actor Karanvir Bohra has finally reacted to the ongoing speculation surrounding his marriage to Teejay Sidhu. For the past few months, rumors of trouble in their relationship have been circulating online, with some reports suggesting that the couple may be heading towards separation after nearly two decades of marriage.
The speculation reportedly began after eagle-eyed social media users noticed that Karanvir had unfollowed Teejay on Instagram. The rumors gained further momentum after Teejay was reportedly absent from Mumbai during a family incident earlier this year.
However, in a recent interview with The Times of India, Karanvir chose not to comment on the matter in detail and made it clear that he prefers to keep certain aspects of his personal life private.
Addressing the speculation, the Lock Upp Season 1 contestant said, “I would not like to talk about this right now. When I don’t want to discuss something, I respectfully say so, and I hope people respect that.”
Neither Karanvir Bohra nor Teejay Sidhu has officially confirmed or denied the separation rumors so far.
The couple tied the knot in 2006 and have three daughters together. They welcomed twin girls, Bella and Vienna, in 2016, followed by their youngest daughter, Gia Vanessa, in December 2020.
When asked how he deals with negative comments and online speculation, the Bigg Boss 13 fame actor said that he does not allow external opinions to affect his peace of mind. “I don’t let anything bother me. Even when netizens say something nasty, I don’t get hurt,” he said.
