Why was Rajesh Sharma admitted to the hospital?
Rajesh Sharma recently grabbed attention after reports claimed he was admitted to a hospital in Kolkata following a suspected poisonous insect bite sustained while shooting Fauzi at Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad.
According to the reports, the actor initially ignored the bite after wrapping up the day’s shoot. However, his health reportedly worsened later, as he developed a high fever, breathing difficulties, and an infection in his leg, prompting immediate hospitalization.
As quoted by NDTV, Sharma’s family doctor said, “It is too early to make any definite assessment. Rajesh remains under close observation and is not yet out of danger.”
Meanwhile, a few other reports, citing the actor’s personal assistant, suggested that his hospitalization was actually due to diabetes-related complications, which led to a severe leg infection requiring medical treatment.
