After much anticipation, the makers of Pati Patni Aur Woh Do have officially unveiled the film’s release date. Taking to social media, they confirmed that the family entertainer will arrive in cinemas on May 15, 2026. The announcement poster features Ayushmann Khurrana caught in a net, with a tiger sitting calmly beside him, adding a quirky twist to the reveal.

The much-awaited comedy starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Sara Ali Khan is all set for a theatrical release on May 15, 2026. Sharing the update, the makers wrote, “Shikari khud hogaya shikaar! Ab jaal mein phas gaye humare Prajapati Pandey. Ho jao #PatiPatniAurWohDo ke liye taiyaar! In cinemas 15th May 2026!”
Earlier reports had confirmed that the film marks a collaboration between Khurrana and director Mudassar Aziz. The cast has since expanded to include Wamiqa Gabbi and Rakul Preet Singh, making it a multi-heroine comedy.
Backed by producers Bhushan Kumar and Juno Chopra, the film features an original storyline. Despite sharing its title lineage, it is not a remake of the 2019 film but instead serves as a spiritual successor with a fresh narrative and new characters.
Looking ahead, Khurrana and Sara Ali Khan are also set to reunite for the spy-comedy Udta Teer. Meanwhile, Khurrana has Yeh Prem Mol Liya in the pipeline, while Rakul Preet Singh’s Indian 3 is currently in post-production.
