According to Lets Cinema, Jana Nayagan has reportedly been awarded an ‘A’ certificate by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). With the censor process said to be complete, the makers are now eyeing a July 2026 theatrical release after several months of delay. An official announcement, however, is still awaited.
Interestingly, July is also expected to witness the release of several major Tamil films, including Jason Sanjay’s directorial debut, Sigma, and Lokesh Kanagaraj’s DC.
