Chand Mera Dil collected Rs. 85 lakh in its third week, bringing the total cume to Rs. 27 crore nett at the Indian box office. That also marks its end at the box office as the movie has almost exhausted its entire theatrical run.
The Lakshya and Ananya Panday starrer romantic drama debuted on a low note and collected Rs. 18.25 crore in its opening week, followed by Rs. 7.90 crore in its second week and Rs. 85 lakh in the third week. The movie, directed by Vivek Soni, garnered a mixed-bag reactions from the audience, which is why it couldn’t hit the sweet spot at the box office.
The movie managed to surpass Lakshya’s previous release, Kill, but it also met the same fate at the box office. However, Kill had word-of-mouth in its favour, which helped it during its OTT release. All eyes are now on how Chand Mera Dil performs on the streaming platform during its digital release.
