Taking to social media, one viewer called Aasha a good watch with engaging content. The user praised the performances of the entire cast and crew, while particularly appreciating Urvashi’s acting.
Another netizen pointed out that Urvashi’s character becomes clear within the first 10 minutes and praised the veteran actress for carrying the film on her shoulders. Calling her a legendary performer, the viewer said her performance was difficult to describe in words.

Aasha plot and cast
Aasha follows a fiercely protective single mother whose life takes an unexpected turn after a minor road accident involving the volatile Jeemon. When Aasha refuses to back down, the situation escalates into a bitter confrontation that threatens to affect her entire family. As tensions rise, her younger daughter Anakha becomes caught in the fallout, forcing Aasha to confront the consequences of her rigid choices and unresolved past.
