Gatta Kusthi 2 trailer and story
Set a few years after the events of the first film, Gatta Kusthi 2 follows Veera and Keerthi as they navigate a new phase of married life. Staying true to his promise, Veera wholeheartedly supports Keerthi’s wrestling career while taking charge of the household and caring for their six-year-old daughter, Mathi Malar. Meanwhile, Keerthi continues her journey as a national-level wrestler while working with the Railways under the sports quota.
Trouble begins when the couple’s contrasting parenting styles create friction. Keerthi dreams of seeing Mathi become a wrestler, whereas Veera encourages their daughter’s interest in dance despite the challenges she faces. Matters worsen when an envious wrestling coach exploits Veera’s insecurities, threatening Keerthi’s career and straining their relationship.
As misunderstandings deepen, the couple’s marriage reaches a breaking point, culminating in a public divorce battle. The story ultimately builds toward an emotional and action-filled wrestling face-off, where they are forced to confront their differences and rediscover the meaning of family, partnership, and mutual respect.
