The controversy erupted after a viral clip showed Shilpa Shinde speaking with fellow contestant Shreya Kalra, during which she allegedly made personal remarks about Shivangi Joshi’s private life. In the conversation, Shilpa mocked Shivangi and made comments about her “virginity” while also alleging that she had been romantically involved with several of her co-stars, including Kushal Tandon.

She further shared that she has known Shivangi for years and is well aware of the values she upholds. Jannat added that while disagreements and differing opinions are natural, targeting a woman’s character should never be treated as a source of entertainment.

Ending her note on a supportive note, Jannat expressed solidarity with Shivangi, making it clear that she stands by her during the ongoing controversy.
