Fans of Salman Khan were left shocked after the superstar’s official Instagram account suddenly disappeared for a brief period. Users attempting to open his profile, ‘beingsalmankhan,’ were greeted with the message, “Sorry, this page isn’t available,” sparking widespread concern and speculation online.

Did Salman Khan deactivate his Instagram account?
For nearly 30 minutes, Salman Khan’s Instagram page remained inaccessible, leaving fans worried that the actor may have deleted or deactivated his account. However, the profile was later restored, bringing relief to his followers.
According to Salman Khan’s team, the issue was purely technical. Speaking to News9 Digital, the actor’s representatives clarified that the Instagram account had “hung and was being reset.” They confirmed that the problem has now been resolved and the account is functioning normally again.
The incident came shortly after a week filled with emotional and candid social media activity from the actor, which had already triggered conversations online about celebrity privacy, media pressure, and mental health.
The brief disappearance of his account also followed a recent confrontation between Salman Khan and paparazzi outside a hospital in Mumbai. Reports suggested that photographers followed the actor’s vehicle from a traffic signal to the medical facility while he was there to meet an acquaintance.
As Salman exited the hospital, paparazzi allegedly called out, “Bhai, bhai, Maatrubhumi,” referencing his upcoming film and urging him to pose for pictures. A visibly upset Salman later addressed the matter on Instagram by sharing four posts featuring selfies and indirect remarks aimed at the media. The photographers reportedly apologised to the actor afterward.
Despite the recent controversies, Salman Khan continues to stay busy professionally. He is currently preparing for the release of his upcoming film Maatrubhumi: May War Rest in Peace.
In addition, the actor has also reportedly started work on another big-budget project tentatively titled SVC63, directed by Vamshi Paidipally and co-starring Nayanthara.
