Shashank Khaitan is gearing up to introduce two new faces in his next project, which he will both produce and direct. The film, reportedly titled Aisi Deewangi, is expected to go on floors in February 2026 and marks his first independent venture under his banner, Mentor Disciple Entertainment. The project is said to be a soulful love story blending strong emotions with grand cinematic visuals.
Two fresh faces to debut
The film will serve as the launchpad for Subhan Nadiadwala, son of Sajid Nadiadwala, and Kiara Roy, daughter of Rohit Bose Roy and Manasi Joshi Roy. Both newcomers are set to make their Bollywood debut with this romantic drama.
According to insiders, the story is an intense yet emotional love saga set in North India, with a significant portion of the shoot planned in the scenic landscapes of Manali. Music will play a key role in shaping the narrative, with Khaitan personally involved in crafting a fresh and heartfelt soundtrack.
Khaitan’s track record with newcomers
Shashank Khaitan has previously demonstrated a strong ability to launch new talent. He introduced Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter in his 2018 directorial Dhadak, which went on to become a commercial success.
With Aisi Deewangi, he aims to continue that legacy by presenting a fresh on-screen pair backed by a music-driven, emotionally rich narrative.
