Suraj Nambiar has firmly responded to the ongoing rumours surrounding his separation from actor Mouni Roy. Amid widespread speculation about a possible “third person” and alleged disagreements between the two, Suraj released a detailed statement dismissing the claims as “false” and “malicious.”

Reacting to the reports, Suraj took to his Instagram Stories and wrote, “The recent stories being circulated about our separation are completely baseless and made in poor taste. Let me make this absolutely clear. There is no alimony involved. There are no conflicts. There is no third party. Mouni and I mutually decided to part ways with respect, care, and consideration for each other’s wellbeing. That is the only truth. Everything else being written is fabricated and, in some instances, an intentional attempt to malign two individuals who simply wish to be left alone.”
Suraj urges people not to drag others into the matter
He further expressed disappointment over innocent people being unnecessarily linked to the controversy and requested the media to act responsibly while reporting such stories.
Suraj stated, “I want to clarify once again that none of the claims involving us or any alleged third person are true. It is unfair to involve innocent friends who have nothing to do with this situation. Both Mouni and I have handled this phase with dignity, and we hope the same respect is shown by those reporting about us.”
Mouni Roy confirms separation
As rumours intensified online, Mouni Roy also publicly confirmed the separation. Sharing a joint statement with Suraj on social media, the actress said they wished to deal with the situation privately and respectfully.
The statement read, “We are saddened by the unnecessary attention and intrusion into our personal lives by certain sections of the media. We would like to inform everyone that we have mutually decided to separate and are taking time to handle things privately and amicably.”
