Tamil cinema is mourning the loss of Ajith Kumar’s mother, Mohini Mani, who passed away in Chennai on May 30, 2026, at the age of 89. Her demise comes three years after the death of Ajith’s father, P. Subramaniam, popularly known as PS Mani, who passed away in March 2023 at the age of 85.
