Ken Karunaas’ Youth earns ₹11 crore in second weekend, total crosses ₹40 crore

Youth, led by Ken Karunaas, continued its steady performance at the box office with another strong showing on Sunday. The Tamil coming-of-age comedy drama earned approximately ₹4.50 crore on its second Sunday, reflecting a 10% rise compared to Saturday. This pushed its second weekend total to around ₹11 crore, marking a drop of about 45% from its extended four-day opening weekend.

By the end of its second weekend, Youth has accumulated nearly ₹39.75 crore gross at the Indian box office. The film is expected to maintain a stable run during weekdays and could wrap up its second week close to the ₹45 crore mark.

Day-wise Box Office Collection:

  • Week 1: ₹28.75 crore

  • Day 8: ₹2.50 crore

  • Day 9: ₹4.00 crore

  • Day 10: ₹4.50 crore

The film is performing exceptionally well in its home market of Tamil Nadu, which accounts for the bulk of its earnings. The state alone has contributed approximately ₹34.25 crore—about 85% of the film’s total domestic collection.
