Speculation was rife that wedding bells were about to ring for Janhvi and Shikhar. While some reports hinted at a traditional ceremony in Jamnagar around September, others suggested a quiet temple wedding in Tirupati.
Putting all rumours to rest, Boney Kapoor addressed the reports in an interaction with ETimes and firmly denied them, stating, “No, this is not true.”
This isn’t the first time such rumours have surfaced. Earlier, Janhvi herself dismissed similar speculation when a paparazzi post claimed she was planning a wedding at the Tirupati Balaji Temple. Reacting in the comments, she wrote “Kuch bhi,” which quickly went viral.
That said, the actress has previously shared her idea of a dream wedding—something simple and rooted in tradition. She once mentioned envisioning herself in a gold Kanjeevaram saree, with her partner in a lungi, and meals served on banana leaves.
