Allu Arjun is currently at the center of fresh buzz after reports suggested he may be spending more time in Mumbai going forward. While there’s no talk of him leaving Hyderabad, it does look like the actor is splitting his time between the two cities as his film commitments grow.

For now, Mumbai is expected to act as his main professional base over the next few years, especially with big projects lined up — including Atlee’s Raaka and another major film with Lokesh Kanagaraj.

A luxury sea-facing home in Juhu

According to reports cited by Mid-day, the Pushpa 2 star has rented a high-end sea-facing apartment on Juhu Tara Road. The property is said to be a spacious 5BHK spread across roughly 6,000 square feet in a premium high-rise.

The apartment reportedly comes with some standout features — including a private plunge pool and parking space for multiple cars. The monthly rent is said to be around ₹16 lakh, locked in under a long-term lease of about three years.

Why this location matters

Sources suggest that sea-facing homes were a non-negotiable for him during the search. The idea is that the space will be more than just a place to stay — it’s meant to feel like a family base in Mumbai.

His wife Sneha Reddy and children, Allu Ayaan and Allu Arha, are expected to spend time there during breaks and vacations.

Over the past year, the family has reportedly been closely involved in shaping the interiors, focusing on a calm, green, and comfortable environment. It’s also being designed in a way that supports his work prep and downtime between shoots.

A practical career move

This shift isn’t just about lifestyle — it’s also about logistics. With more of his upcoming projects expected to be shot in Mumbai, having a base there simply makes travel and scheduling easier.

The property itself is estimated to be worth around ₹25 crore, highlighting just how premium the space is, even as a rental.

Overall, the move reflects a fairly practical decision: adapting to a busier, more Mumbai-centric work schedule while still keeping strong roots in Hyderabad intact.
