In a major casting update, after Nayanthara, actor Arvind Swamy is set to come on board Salman Khan’s upcoming action drama directed by Vamshi Paidipally. The film had already created strong buzz with Nayanthara’s casting as the female lead, and Arvind Swamy’s inclusion further raises anticipation.
Earlier reports hinted that the Roja actor might play the antagonist, but it has exclusively learned that he will instead take on a positive, “non-negative” role in the film.

A source revealed that the makers are still finalizing the villain, with discussions underway to bring a leading Hindi film actor on board for the antagonist’s part.
At the same time, Anil Kapoor is also in talks for a high-impact extended cameo, although he has not officially signed the project yet. As of now, the confirmed cast includes Salman Khan, Nayanthara, and Arvind Swamy.
Shoot schedule and release plans
The yet-untitled film is scheduled to begin shooting on April 20 in Mumbai, kicking off a long shooting schedule expected to continue until August. The makers are aiming for a grand theatrical release in early 2027.

Backed by producer Dil Raju under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations, the film is being mounted on a massive scale. Known for delivering blockbuster entertainers, the production house is pulling out all the stops to create a visually grand cinematic experience.
