Is Badshah ready to settle down again? The rapper is reportedly entering a new chapter in his personal life, with speculation that he has married for a second time following his divorce from Jasmine Masih six years ago. The buzz comes at a time when he is already in the spotlight over controversy surrounding his latest track Tateeree.
Rumours began circulating on March 24 after photos surfaced online showing Isha Rikhi and Badshah participating in what appeared to be traditional wedding rituals.
Alleged wedding photos spark buzz
The images, reportedly shared by Isha Rikhi’s mother, Poonam Rikhi, show the pair dressed in traditional Indian attire during an intimate ceremony. In what looks like a varmala moment, the couple can be seen smiling at the camera. Isha appears to have mehendi on her hands and feet, while decorations resembling a mandap can be seen in the background, with friends and family present.
In the photos, Isha is seen wearing a red salwar kameez, while Badshah is dressed in an olive-gold kurta pyjama paired with a golden pagdi. Another image shows them seated together in front of a lit havan setup, seemingly performing wedding rituals.
A follow-up post also included a video capturing more moments from the ceremony. Additional pictures from what appear to be other wedding functions and outings were also shared, further fueling speculation.
Soon after, congratulatory messages began pouring in from friends and acquaintances. However, neither Badshah nor Isha Rikhi has officially confirmed the marriage so far. Interestingly, Isha’s name has reportedly been added as Badshah’s spouse on his Wikipedia page, replacing Jasmine Masih, to whom he was married from 2012 to 2020.
If the reports turn out to be true, this would mark a new beginning for the rapper, years after his first marriage ended.
Meanwhile, Badshah has also been in the news recently for controversy surrounding his Haryanvi song Tateeree, which drew criticism for its visuals, prompting him to issue an apology and remove the video.
