India could soon have its next global pop star.
With talent spread across every corner of the country, HYBE is now turning its attention to India for a large-scale audition drive aimed at discovering fresh new performers.
HYBE India’s Big Talent Hunt
Announced on March 24, HYBE India will conduct auditions across 10 cities in India and 5 international locations. The goal is simple: find hidden talent in singing, rap, and dance—and develop them into global stars.
The company behind global sensations like BTS, SEVENTEEN, and TOMORROW X TOGETHER is now hoping to replicate that success with Indian talent.
Fans are already excited, with many comparing this initiative to the success of groups like KATSEYE, which was formed through HYBE’s global collaboration with Geffen Records via the Dream Academy project and quickly gained international recognition after debut.
Where the Auditions Will Happen
The offline auditions will focus on three main areas:
-
Dance (performance)
-
Rap
-
Vocals
In India, auditions will be held in:
Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Pune.
Internationally, HYBE will also host auditions in:
Toronto, New York, Sydney, Singapore, and London.
Why This Matters
HYBE’s goal is to bring Indian talent onto the global stage, backed by a company known for building world-class artists across cultures and countries.
With its strong track record in training and developing global stars, the company is offering a rare opportunity for young Indian performers who have long dreamed of an international platform.
What’s Next
The audition process is set to begin on March 31, 2026.
For many aspiring artists, this could be the first step toward something much bigger—a chance to move from local stages to the global spotlight.
