Ustaad Bhagat Singh, headlined by Pawan Kalyan, is nearing the end of its theatrical run at the box office. The Telugu action entertainer, directed by Harish Shankar, managed to collect only around ₹3 crore during its second weekend, showing a steep drop compared to its opening weekend performance.
Including its first-week total of ₹70 crore, the film’s 11-day cumulative box office collection now stands at approximately ₹73 crore gross in India. From here, the movie is expected to add only about ₹1 crore more, likely concluding its domestic run close to the ₹75 crore mark.
Despite a strong opening, the film ultimately underperformed and is considered a disappointment at the box office. Audience response was largely negative, with the film failing to resonate due to weak content. Adding to its struggles, it faced tough competition from Dhurandhar: The Revenge, which performed strongly in the Telugu market despite a limited release. The Ranveer Singh starrer gained momentum from its first Monday and dominated collections thereafter.
Day-wise Box Office Collection (India):
Day 1: ₹35.50 crore
Day 2: ₹10.50 crore
Day 3: ₹10.50 crore
Day 4: ₹8.00 crore
Day 5: ₹2.00 crore
Day 6: ₹1.50 crore
Day 7: ₹1.15 crore
Day 8: ₹0.85 crore
Day 9: ₹0.90 crore
Day 10: ₹1.10 crore
Day 11: ₹1.00 crore
Total: ₹73 crore
The film also stars Sreeleela and Raashii Khanna in key roles, alongside an ensemble cast including R. Parthiban, Rao Ramesh, K. S. Ravikumar, Gautami, Ramki, L. B. Sriram, and Satyam Rajesh.
With declining collections and limited growth ahead, Ustaad Bhagat Singh is set to wrap up its box office journey on a modest note.
