Following the success of Border 2, Sunny Deol is gearing up for another big-screen return with a high-octane action entertainer. It has now been revealed that his upcoming collaboration with Nikhil Nagesh Bhatt, best known for Kill, is titled Lakhan.

According to sources close to the project, Lakhan is being crafted as a larger-than-life action spectacle, packed with adrenaline-fueled sequences, powerful dialogues, and mass-appealing moments. The film is expected to showcase Sunny Deol in his signature action avatar, complete with whistle-worthy scenes designed for big-screen impact.
The makers have already begun extensive pre-production work, including scripting and action choreography. Development is progressing at a fast pace, with the team aiming to mount the film on a grand scale.
“It’s a large-scale action entertainer loaded with high-energy and crowd-pleasing moments, featuring several standout Sunny Deol sequences. The film is scheduled to go on floors in October,” a source revealed.

Apart from Lakhan, Sunny Deol is also set to appear in Ramayana, directed by Nitesh Tiwari. The epic will release in two parts and features an ensemble cast including Ranbir Kapoor as Ram, Sai Pallavi as Sita, Ravi Dubey as Lakshman, and Yash as Raavan, with Sunny Deol portraying Hanuman.
