Emily in Paris Season 6 Confirmed: What’s Next for Emily? Paris, Rome, or Greece?
Exciting news for fans of Emily in Paris! Netflix has officially confirmed that the hit romance series is returning for Season 6, following the success of the previous season, which premiered on December 18, 2025. The show racked up an impressive 26.8 million views worldwide in just 11 days.
Lily Collins Confirms the New Season
To celebrate the announcement, a playful clip was shared on the show’s social media. Lily Collins, sporting her new bob from last season, is seen walking toward the camera, smiling, and blowing out a number “6” candle on a croissant—set against the backdrop of roses and the iconic Eiffel Tower. The cute video hints at exciting new adventures awaiting Emily in the upcoming season.
Will Emily Stay in Paris—or Travel Abroad?
At a Netflix press conference in December, series creator Darren Star teased the possibilities:
“There’s a lot of places I’d love to visit. But the show organically follows the storyline. Emily in Paris is never going to permanently leave its home base. But if I can take the audience on a journey somewhere else, I would love that… It’s fun to think about.”
Last season even saw Emily temporarily in Rome with her new boyfriend, Marcello Muratori (Eugenio Franceschini). By the finale, after a grand fashion event, Emily returned to Paris—and received a letter from her long-lost love, Chef Gabriel (Lucas Bravo), inviting her to Greece.
Now the big question remains: will Emily embark on a romantic adventure in Greece with Gabriel, return to Rome to explore life with Marcello at his fashion house in Solitano, or remain in Paris, where her heart and career continue to flourish? Meanwhile, her best friend Mindy (Ashley Park) has accepted Nicolas de Léon’s (Paul Forman) proposal, even while harboring lingering feelings for Emily’s ex, Alfie (Lucien Laviscount).
With so many love triangles, fashion events, and globe-trotting possibilities, fans are already buzzing to see where Emily’s next chapter will take her—and which city will steal her heart this time.
