Dhurandhar: The Revenge Nears Rs. 900 Crore in India After Third Saturday

Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar: The Revenge continues to dominate the Indian box office. On its third Saturday, the film collected approximately Rs. 23 crore nett, bringing its Hindi version’s running total to around Rs. 844 crore nett. With the South-dubbed versions crossing Rs. 50 crore nett, the film’s all-India collections are now just shy of Rs. 900 crore nett, at roughly Rs. 895 crore. It is expected to cross the Rs. 900 crore mark today and is steadily moving toward the Rs. 1,000 crore milestone across all versions.

The third Saturday’s collection was slightly lower compared to the initial days—a growth of around 15% from Friday—reflecting the holiday boost that the film enjoyed during its opening week. Despite this, the third Saturday remains the second-highest single-day collection of all time, trailing only its predecessor, Dhurandhar.

Unlike the first Dhurandhar, which started slowly and picked up momentum in its second week, the sequel opened at full throttle, breaking multiple records from day one. While daily Hindi collections have slowed compared to the first film, Dhurandhar: The Revenge has already surpassed its predecessor’s lifetime total, cementing its place as an all-time blockbuster.

The third weekend is expected to bring in around Rs. 66–68 crore nett, making a Rs. 100 crore third week challenging for the Hindi version alone. However, including all dubbed versions, the Rs. 1,000 crore mark still seems achievable. Even if Hindi collections fall slightly short, it does not diminish the film’s massive success.
