Akshay Kumar Brings the Laughs Back in ‘Bhooth Bangla’ with New Song ‘Ram Ji Aake Bhala Karenge’
Bollywood’s Khiladi, Akshay Kumar, is all set to tickle funny bones once again! Teaming up with director Priyadarshan for the horror-comedy Bhooth Bangla, Akshay is gearing up for a rollicking start to 2026. And the first glimpse of the fun comes in the form of the hilarious new track “Ram Ji Aake Bhala Karenge”, which has just been released ahead of the movie hitting theatres on April 10, 2026.
A Song That’s Equal Parts Funny and Chaotic
The 4-minute, 7-second track shows Akshay surrounded by a horde of mischievous ghosts. In classic Kumar style, he channels his inner Ghostbuster, calling out to Lord Ram while dancing with the spirits in a laugh-out-loud performance.
Sung by Armaan Malik and Aarvan, the catchy number is composed by Pritam with lyrics by Kumaar. The fun, high-energy choreography comes from Ganesh Acharya, making the track a visual treat. Fun fact: the film’s release was recently moved up to April 10, instead of May, to get audiences laughing sooner!
Star-Studded Cast
While Akshay leads the chaos, the movie also features a strong supporting cast, including Paresh Rawal, Tabu, Wamiqa Gabbi, Mithila Palkar, Jisshu Sengupta, Manoj Joshi, and Rajpal Yadav. Produced by Shobha Kapoor, Ektaa R Kapoor, and Akshay himself, Bhooth Bangla promises a mix of scares, laughs, and sheer entertainment.
What’s Next for Akshay Kumar?
Akshay is never one to slow down. After Bhooth Bangla, he’ll be seen in Welcome to the Jungle, a multi-starrer family entertainer directed by Ahmed Khan. The film, set for June 26, 2026, stars Suniel Shetty, Jackie Shroff, Raveena Tandon, Disha Patani, Jacqueline Fernandez, Arshad Warsi, Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav, Johnny Lever, Aftab Shivdasani, Lara Dutta, Shreyas Talpade, and Tusshar Kapoor.
Ahmed Khan revealed that while the film has its share of humor, it’s more about dark, situational comedy than slapstick: “Of course, it’s serious cinema, not a comedy or slapstick,” he said.
With Bhooth Bangla and Welcome to the Jungle lined up, Akshay is once again proving why he’s Bollywood’s ultimate entertainer, ready to make audiences laugh, gasp, and cheer—all in one go!
