Bollywood celebrities often have mixed reactions to the ever-present paparazzi culture. While some prefer maintaining distance from photographers, others see it as an unavoidable part of living in the public eye. Akshay Kumar recently shared his honest views on the topic, explaining why he is comfortable with paparazzi clicking his photos in public. The actor believes that photographers rely on celebrity pictures for their livelihood, and supporting them is only fair.
Akshay Kumar expresses support for paparazzi
In a recent conversation with India Today, Akshay spoke about why he doesn’t hesitate to pose for photographers, whether he is attending an event or stepping out with his family. He mentioned that photographers earn around ₹3,500 to ₹4,000 for taking celebrity pictures and questioned why he should object to it if it helps them earn a living.
The actor added that simply stopping for a photograph can make a significant difference for photographers who cover celebrity appearances. He also pointed out that when celebrities step out in public with their families, privacy becomes limited, making it reasonable for photographers to capture those moments. His comments highlight a practical approach to fame and the ecosystem surrounding the entertainment industry.
